Condo 1230 is located on the 12th floor at Shores of Panama. 1230 has a dedicated parking spot on level 12, the same as the condo. Our beautiful condo has a master bedroom, plus a bunkroom and two full baths. The bunkroom has a bunkbed that sleeps two with it's own full bath and each bunk has its own built in smart Vizio TV's! The queen sleeper sofa sleeps two. This gorgeous sunrise and sunset Condo Sleeps six comfortably! The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped to make a wonderful meal here at the beach! Condo1230 has a big "end-cap" balcony directly overlooking the Gulf with the most amazing sunset views! 

The kitchen features quartz countertops and lots of storage space. It has a nicely stocked kitchen, including a Keurig/coffee pot and much more for any cooking you may want to do while you are here. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided. If you need to do some laundry while you are here there is a washer/dryer for your convenience. At Shores of Panama you are literally just steps from the sugar white sands, with a private beach access making it easy to enjoy the area's main attraction. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an $85 on-line registration fee.
