Cancellation Policy
Guest receives 100.00% (less cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Cancellation fees on most properties is $25, however, it can vary and some are more, it will be listed on your Guest Rental Agreement.
Minimum Age Requirements
All of iVacationInPCB.com’ vacation accommodations are family properties absent exceptions being explicitly granted by iVacationInPCB.com. No properties will be licensed to vacationing students or young adults under the listed age minimum for each property unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at a ratio of four (4) young adults to one (1) adult over the minimum age requirement. A parent or guardian must be staying in the property at all times.

Each property has a minimum age requirement that is listed both on the property listing on all channels including iVacationInPCB.com, VRBO & AirBnB among others. Most properties have a 25 year age minimum for primary renter, while some are also lower and other larger properties and houses have an age minimum of 30 years old.
Guests who violate this policy are subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments made to iVacationInPCB in iVacationInPCB’s sole discretion. In accordance with Florida Statutes, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodation. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check-in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay.
About Check-in & Check-out
Check-in begins after 4:00 PM (CST). Parking in the accommodation driveways and/or unloading of personal items prior to 4:00 PM is not permitted. Our teams will need unrestricted access to the accommodation preparing for your arrival until 4:00 PM.
Check-out time is by 10:00AM (CST). No early check-in or late check-outs will be permitted. Attempted early check-in prior to 4:00 PM or guests not checked out promptly at 10:00 AM will be billed a full day’s rate. Refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures.
Emergency Information
If you have a true emergency such as a fire, violent activity or any other dangerous situation please call 911 immediately.
Smoking Policy
No Smoking is allowed in any units we manage. Smoking is not permitted in any iVacationInPCB property at all. Any guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $1,000, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning. Violations may also result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid to iVacationInPCB.
Pet Policy
At this time, iVacationInPCB does not allow pets of any kind in any of its properties.
Comfort and emotional support animals are considered pets and are not allowed in iVacationInPCB properties. If this policy is violated, all guests will be immediately evicted from the iVacationInPCB property, all payments received from the guests will be forfeited, and an additional $2,000 fee will be billed against the guests.
Additionally, the guests will be responsible for the expense of any necessary cleaning. Notwithstanding this policy, iVacationInPCB is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to guests with trained service dogs due to a disability. Service dogs that have been trained to work or perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are always welcome and are not subject to a pet fee. Service dogs must be housebroken, under the control of the guest at all times, and not left alone in the property. Please note that you are responsible for any damages caused by the service dog.
