Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet with a king bed in one bedroom and two full sized beds in the 2nd bedroom. The living room features a pull out sofa for additional guests. The generous sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit.

The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and everything you will need to prepare meals.   For coffee lovers, there is both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, as well as filtered water in the refrigerator.   One of the greatest comforts offered in this beautiful unit is the full size washer and dryer, making keeping up with laundry easy and simple.

Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony.  Both bedrooms

Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

Parking is included in your reservation and the pass will be left in the condo.  On site parking limited to two vehicles, no exceptions due to HOA restrictions.

Both bath towels are provided.  We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

There are two beach chairs and an umbrella included seasonally, but additional chairs and umbrellas are available in the unit.
