About This Condo

Ocean Villa is conveniently located in the center of 27 miles of white sandy beaches.  Nothing makes memories more treasured than the right atmosphere…and we deliver!  Escape to a delightful piece of paradise in a setting that is superbly and tastefully furnished with captivating style and quality.

"Dream Weaver" at Ocean Villa is beautifully decorated with a Boho style design and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It has a fully furnished kitchen with all amenities – including an oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher and both a coffee pot and keurig.  As our guests in this condo, you will experience a bohemian feel throughout with a Queen sofa/sleeper in the living area, TV’s in every room with cable, laundry room with a full washer and dryer and the highest quality mattresses available in the bedrooms (King in the master and King in the guest). Enjoy meals with your family and friends at the dining room table that seats 6 as well as 4 barstools at the bar. Our condo features FREE Wi-Fi and broadband.

Our private balcony, with a stunning 180° view, has the most amazing views on the beach. You can see Pineapple Willy's to the left and the city pier to the right as well as the beautiful emerald coastline. There is an outdoor dining table that seats 6 which is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch and drinks while watching stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.  Also on the balcony are two rockers and a chaise lounge. This balcony and the views will not disappoint.

Guests are treated to an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, fitness center with a sauna and, of course, a private beach!

Condo 701 is located on the 7th floor at Ocean Villa.  The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.
