Located in Tower 1 on the 5th floor, this condo is perfectly situated—not too high or too low—and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf from its balcony. Condo 504 overlooks the popular lagoon pool, allowing you to bask in the sun while enjoying your large balcony that overlooks both the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The views from this balcony are incredible, and the master bedroom views are just as impressive! 

Featuring a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and a door that leads to the balcony, this condo is one of only a few 1-bedroom deluxe units at Edgewater, and it boasts a spacious floor plan. With over 1,000 square feet of living space, both the expansive master bedroom suite and the living area open onto the gulf-front balcony. You'll find modern amenities throughout, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat-panel televisions, and free wireless internet. The condo comfortably sleeps four guests.

Resort amenities include a huge oceanside lagoon pool, 110 acres of private beach, ten additional seasonally heated pools throughout the property, four hot tubs, various water sports and activities, beach service (chairs and umbrellas), a full-service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, an ice cream parlor, Starbucks, a poolside tiki bar, a kids’ splash pad, a surf and sundries shop, a nine-hole golf course, and a fitness center, as well as basketball, tennis, and shuffleboard courts.

Guests have complimentary access to the Fitness Center and Tennis/Pickleball courts.

Condo 1-504 is located in Tower 1 on the 5th floor at Edgewater Beach Resort.  The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.
