About This Condo

Beautiful gulf front studio suite that sleeps 4 people very comfortably. Very spacious set up with a king size bed and a queen sleeper sofa!  This is the most affordable gulf front condo you will find In PCB!  It is located on the 21st floor and has a designated parking spot on the 3rd floor!

The kitchen features granite countertops and lots of storage space. It has a nicely stocked kitchen, including a Keurig, crock pot, George Foreman indoor grill, tea maker and much more for any cooking you may want to do while you are here.  If you need to do some laundry while you are here there is a washer/dryer for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided and for the ultimate in luxury and comfort. The bathroom is separate with plenty of space and offers a shower/tub combo and vanity area. Out on your private balcony, you can soak in the view of the popular Shores of Panama pool, Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and the Gulf of Mexico while enjoying coffee, breakfast and cocktails!

At Shores of Panama you are literally just steps from the sugar white sands, with a private beach access making it easy to enjoy the area’s main attraction. Be sure to carve out some time for kicking back with a good book or cool drink in the spectacular lagoon style pool area – during the spring and summer months a Tiki Bar offers cocktails, bar style food and snow cones.

Condo 2106 at Shores of Panama is fantastically situated in the heart of Panama City Beach, within easy walking distance of some of the area's best dining, exciting attractions for all ages and numerous gift stores.

We are located in the middle of the beach on S Thomas DR which makes us about 8 miles to Pier Park on the west side and less than 5 miles to St. Andrew's state park on the east side.  At Pier Park you can enjoy great restaurants, lots of shopping and fishing on the pier.  St. Andrew's state park is a beautiful state park where you can camp, fish, take a shuttle to Shell Island, hike or just take a walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

We are in walking distance of so many restaurants and things to do that you really don't need a car to get around.  If you do want to venture out and enjoy our town, Uber is available for your convenience.

Condo 2105 is located on the 21st floor at Shores of Panama.  The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. $65 Registration fee on-site.
