Brand new to our listings. Enjoy the white sandy beaches along the Emerald Coast on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico when you book our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full baths condo that sleeps 8. This condo is equipped with a full kitchen and supplied with everything you will need to prepare meals when you come in from a long day on the beach. Enjoy amazing ocean views from the balcony just off the living area or wake up in the master bedroom with king bed or the 2nd bedroom with two queen beds with full windows for the amazing views as well! Our condo has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay. Condo 2-1203 is located in Tower 2 on the 12th floor - very close to the Lagoon Pool.

 

When you stay here, you may enjoy all we have to offer, such as the beachfront view, 3 community pools, a hot tub, a poolside restaurant that offers sandwiches, snacks and drinks.

 

There's so much to do here in PCB when you book with us! Stay on the beach and enjoy the sand and water, go parasailing, deep sea fishing, swim with dolphins, golf, paddle boarding, rent a jet ski, play mini golf, go to Wonderworks for a fantastic fun time! When it comes to what you'll be eating down here, you're in good hands! If you decide to dine out, you're in for a treat! There's a great amount of amazing traditional food and seafood spots throughout the area! We are actually located just down the beach from the world famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Bar.

 

FREE BEACH CHAIRS: Upon arrival, go down to the beach after you get settled in your condo and reserve your set of beach chairs with umbrella for the duration of your stay. (Seasonal: Mar 1-Nov 1). 

 

The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

House Rules:​

  • Minimum Age to Book is 25 Years Old.

  • NO SMOKING in the condo.

  • NO PETS are allowed in the condo.

  • The cleaning fee is a one time charge. The cleaning fee includes a registration fee which includes a parking pass and armbands for the resort.

  • We do NOT offer daily housekeeping service.

  • Parking pass for 2 vehicles is included.

  • 8 wristbands provided for 8 people to access resort amenities are included.

  • Pictures in the listing are subject to change because we upgrade the unit often.

Check-in / Check-out:

  • Check-in is at 4:00 pm CST

  • Check-out is 10:00 am CST

  • Our Unit is self check-in and self check-out. You will not need to check in or out at the front desk of the resort

Payments & Deposits:

  • First Payment: 50% required up front

  • Second Payment: Due 30 days before arrival, collected automatically

  • Security Deposit: $500

  • Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00% (less $25.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

  • We do NOT refund for Covid-19

  • Please Consider Purchases Separate Travel Insurance
